IN ASSOCIATION WITH

We are delighted to be working in collaboration with rising World Snooker star Stan Moody.
As a regular Lynch's Cuebalm user Stan was keen to find out how it works, and how the cuebalm should fit into a suitable cue-care regime for todays busy professional player.
Stans cue is constantly on the move, subjected to ever changing environments, and must perform perfectly on a daily basis for practice, exhibitions, or competition.
During a few visits to the Lynch's workshop, and a little hands on experience at our mobile Cue Clinics, Stans interest in all things cue-care grew!
After a number of discussions about what else we use to service/maintain players cues, prior to cuebalm finish, it became clear Stan was not only keen to promote Lynch's Cuebalm, but to also make complimentary cue-care products available to everyone!
For the project, we have produced some great new unique versions of the products we use here in the workshop, and for servicing your cues at the Cue Clinics !

The STAN Finish...

CLEAN !
Over time your cue can get dirty and grubby.
Micro-dust from the air, chalk-dust, contaminents on your hands, contact with table, environment etc all build up microscopically in the pores of the wood.
Keeping the cue buffed and as dust free as possible, and regular Lynch's Cuebalm treatment, help to prolong the length of time between cleaning - however most cues do eventually need to have an appropriate cleaner used.
This microscopic build up of detritus can be removed with a wipe down with THE ACTION PREMIUM CUE CLEANER !
NOURISH !
Your cue is a dead piece of wood ! It will dry out and eventually lose its elasticity and become brittle, which can lead to catastrophic failure.
Using a suitable oil to replace the natural oils which have been lost will prolong the life of the cue and keep it looking and feeling healthier.
Occasional nourishment with THE ACTION PREMIUM CUE OIL helps to keep the cue in good condition, we recommend you do this after cleaning and thorough drying.
Wipe On Wipe Off formula for ease of use. Apply a little down the shaft with a rag, then remove excess with a kitchen towel. The cue will absorb what it needs very quickly.
Buff with clean dry towel.

SEAL & POLISH !

Traditionally many cues would be left with just an oiled finish.
The oiling is good for the wood as it feeds and nourishes. However, as a final playing finish it can become sticky in humid conditions, or when player has damp hand, and can become dirty again quickly.
A regular treatment with Lynch's Cuebalm temporarily seals the pores, reduces the surface porosity, and leaves an exceptional but natural smooth finish - then just maintain with a regular dry buff with cue towel each time you play!
Its the final part of the process.
Use every 2-3 weeks, the cue will stay cleaner & smoother for longer - extending the length of time before you need to go back to the start of the process !
